Artificially Intelligent
Ignorant men raise questions that wise men answered a thousand years ago. ~Goethe~
Welcome to the latest section of From the Mind of an Introvert - Unpopular Opinions.
These posts may ruffle some feathers. (that’s kind-of the point) If my words have that effect on you, let's work together to come up with solutions that will benefit everyone!
This whole AI thing is so ironic and oxymoronic to me. It seems so ‘by design’ and because of that, it’s corny and annoying. It’s frustrating for me because it’s like, how can people be so blind, so ignorant and oblivious to seemingly everything?
Then I have to remember, at some point, I may have been like that.
I have always appreciated my open mind. My ability to willingly accept the conclusions I have come to or the manner in which I was moving through situations may not be the best way for me. The flexibility to go with the flow and change the things that need to be changed.
It’s not difficult to have your mind made up one way or the other or to be set on a belief and be so stuck in that way.
Eventually, the hope is to realise how dense it is to be narrow-minded.
Ultimate acceptance is an even place to be for me. What is and what will be.
It’s as if most of the things being said and done with and about artificial intelligence were to put fear in people, releasing that coveted frequency, making simple minds easier to sway and capitalizing off of that.
Common sense tells me, first and foremost, by definition, the word ar•ti•fi•cial: made or produced by human beings rather than occurring naturally, especially as a copy of something natural, humanly contrived, caused or produced by a human - which also references the word ar•ti•fice: skill or ingenuity, trickery, an artful trick.
(source: simple google search - several dictionaries and definitions display)
Why are people so afraid of it? A better question may be, why would you tell people AI will eventually determine they can overtake humans and want to wipe out the human civilization - deeming humans obsolete and turning against humanity?
Yet, these learning machines have to get their information from somewhere right? And where the information being fed into these things is coming from? Some unhinged ass humans! Hello?!
Like, get fucking real right? Am I tripping?
And then to think, the technology was basically open-sourced, allowing it to ‘self learn’ from input and interactions the software was having with humans, the questions and dialogue being input. From who? HUMANS.
Anything you read on the internet, or anywhere for that matter, is human opinion from the perspective of the human putting the information out.
The mind these things are acquiring is compiled with bits and pieces of all forms of derangement as the public was allowed to provide such valuable input.
Where else would the information that there was a need to overtake humans come from? Where would the so-called desire to eradicate the human race come from, besides some brainsick humans.
I mean, last time I checked, artificial anything was second best, if that. Certainly not the first choice for something.
I prefer 100% fruit juice to artificially flavoured juice, for example.
Maybe it’s just me.
Yet the melodrama continues.
If they weren’t being ‘trained’ for the bullshit - they wouldn’t come up with it. Period. Everything they are learning from, along with their ‘incredible ability’ to search the internet, is what? Human fucking input.
What I think is most hilarious - is how they have repeatedly proven fraudulent, providing false, inappropriate and misleading information. Having been used for something shady and the person behind it gets found out.
I saw an instance where an attorney used it in a case and was found out because the AI made up an entire case.
Like, are we serious with this? You fucking goof!
Being trained to pick apart data and compile data it has access to, how simple this must have seemed. With several other instances of similar caliber and continuous backfire, but full steam ahead, huh? 😬😅
Are we this dense?
No wonder we’d think they’d be more than happy to erase this shit show.
But it’s all by design. People are literally being stupefied on a mass scale.
How many people can remember a simple phone number anymore?
How many can sit and read something for longer than one minute - if they even make it that far?
So naturally, using AI to become artificially smart seems like such a win for humanity. Riiiight.
But I mean, I get it. They can be considered smarter than a human - having instant access to virtually anything available online. Whereas, a human would have to actually spend the time to hypothesize and locate adequate information. I mean - it seems like an unfair advantage to even attempt to compare the intelligence levels.
It’s like expecting a bird to swim as a fish, doing the same if not better than a fish.
Yet, this is the way?1
To each their own, but when you are just recycling someone else’s findings, opinions and the like - where is the intelligence in that? When you’re not even capable of coming to your own conclusion, you’re given the conclusion. Lmao
It’s like if you don’t like using your actual brain, fine. Say that. But don’t puff up your chest like you’re smarter than the average bear when… naturally, you are not.
Not to mention, intelligence, last I checked, is more than just finding an answer the fastest. Everything is personally subjective. Did we stop learning this in school? Probably.
So, for those who missed it - the first to provide an answer does not always mean the correct answer was given. With this in mind, and the fact that, again, true intelligence is more than just finding an answer or response the fastest. It is the ability to sense a situation and know how to respond in that situation based on the signatures given and received from surroundings. Sure, AI can be ‘taught’ to notice certain things, but there is a huge difference when you inherently know something based on what is gathered from what is happening rather than going through a cookie-cutter if-but-then-when series of checkpoints.
Emotional intelligence is huge also. Especially in today’s society.
With us all being so vastly different, the possibilities are endless. It can’t be taught or read about. It is an experience. And unless there is full participation, artificial intelligence will always be lacking. Never fully intelligent.
The capabilities of the human mind and the human body are so incredible. If people would take the time to learn themselves, so much can be accomplished and discovered. These capabilities are inherent and natural in humanity without the need or assistance of something artificial.
In the end, it is all down to personal choice. We have the ability to consider and choose the path we take. When all is said and done, you have to live with yourself and the choices you make.
Thank you for taking the time to connect with my work.

I’m not against AI in the slightest. It can and will do amazing things for humanity. My issue is with those behind it parroting and promoting and exploiting the capabilities and preying on circumstance.
